  • HERB BREAD MIX

    HERB BREAD MIX is used to make tasty and appetising wheat and rye bread with a wonderful aroma, with the addition of various herbs and grains. It contains herbs such as oregano, basil, Provencal herbs, coriander and fennel. The perfectly selected herbs give the bread an attractive aroma and interesting flavour. These characteristics are further enhanced by a carefully selected blend of garlic and roasted onion. In addition, the sunflower, sesame and flax seeds increase the flavour and nutritional value of the products. Dosage: 50 kg of concentrate per 50 kg of flour.

  • VALENTINES

    VALENTINES is a multigrain dough concentrate used for the production of wheat bread with the addition of sunflower seeds, linseed, corn and spices.

    ADVANTAGES:

    – The use of well-matched emulsifying agents makes it possible to prepare the dough in a single-phase process in a matter of minutes.

    – A characteristic flavour is obtained by specially selected spices and the addition of lovage.

    – The addition of the grain mixture increases the nutritional value of the finished products

  • DELICACY MIX

    DELICACY MIX a flavoured dough concentrate is intended for the production of crispy wheat bread, sprinkled with grated yellow cheese before baking. The concentrate includes various spices, which give the resulting bread a characteristic bouquet of flavour and aroma. The dough can be successfully used to produce croissants, bars, fingers and even pizza. The concentrate is mixed with flour in a ratio of 1:4.

  • CONVIVIAL BREAD

    CONVIVIAL BREAD is a spicy mix containing sunflower seeds, corn grits, linseed, tomato powder, dried red pepper particles and specially selected spices, which gives it a characteristic taste and aroma. The concentrate is ideal for baking various types of small wheat bread such as croissants, bread sticks, baguettes, etc. It can be used for baking wheat and mixed bread and rolls. The bread is distinguished by its slightly spicy taste, light orange crumb with visible grain and spices.

  • SOY – PUMPKIN

    SOY – PUMPKIN is used for a quick production of bread with the addition of soybeans and pumpkin seeds, which is not only very tasty, but also valuable for the body. Rye malt, found in the mixture, slightly darkens the crumb of the bread and gives it a characteristic flavour note. The concentrate is mixed with flour in a ratio of 1:1.

  • SUNFLOWER MIX

    SUNFLOWER MIX is used for a quick production of bread with the addition of sunflower seeds, which are not only a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, but also contain considerable amounts of protein, dietary fibre, calcium, magnesium and vitamins (C, B, E). To make the mix more attractive, a darkening agent is added to make the sunflower seeds clearly visible in the finished bread.

  • RUSTIC MIX

    RUSTIC MIX is an innovative premix used to bake a mixed type of bread with a puffed rye. The content of puffed rye increases water absorption and prevents from avoiding grain soaking process before baking.  A brown crumb with visible rye grains, flax and sunflower seeds makes the bread looks very attractive. The premix contains dried wheat sourdough.

  • CORN MIX

    CORN MIX is a premix consisting of approximately 30% corn ingredients, such as corn flour or specially prepared corn flakes. It is intended for baking bread with a pale-yellow crumb with visible corn flakes, flax and sunflower seeds. The premix contains dried wheat sourdough.

  • ONION MIX

    ONION MIX is a concentrate used to make wheat and mixed breads flavoured with fried onions. It is mixed with flour in a ratio of 1:1.

    In addition to fried, dried onions, the concentrate contains whey and rye malt, which further improves the bread in terms of taste and diet.

  • HUBERTUS

    HUBERTUS is a bakery premix for the production of an original rye– wheat bread with a darkened crumb. Thanks to the presence of natural rye sourdough, bread baking becomes simple and easy. The concentrate is mixed with flour in a ratio 1:1.
