  • GENTRY ROLLS

    GENTRY ROLLS is a concentrate used to produce mixed rolls with an appealing flavour. Baked goods are delicate, with a crispy crust, beautiful brown crumb and even porosity. The recipe contains a large amount of rye flour, which greatly improves the taste of this bread. Dosage – 10 kg of concentrate per 90 kg of flour (45 kg of wheat flour, 45 kg of rye flour).

  • RUSTIC ROLLS

    RUSTIC ROLLS is a concentrate used to bake tasty rolls with an addition of oilseed plants: sunflower, flax and sesame seeds. Malts used in the concentrate not only add flavour and aroma but also improve the quality of crumb. Dosage – 6 kg of concentrate per 10 kg of flour.

  • SPINACH ROLLS

    SPINACH ROLLS is a concentrate used for the production of delicious wheat bread with the addition of dried spinach. Using the premix you can quickly produce a tasty bread with visible pieces of spinach, which gives bread an interesting greenish colour.
