The mixture is applied in the amount of 20% in relation to the total amount of flour. Before adding to the dough, the mixture should be poured in warm water at a ratio of 1:1 for 60-90 minutes.

CORONA MIX is a multigrain blend used as a decorative sprinkle for wheat and mixed-type bread. Thanks to the varied composition of the mix (oat, wheat and rye flakes, flaxseed, millet, sesame, sunflower), the bread with the sprinkle looks more attractive.

CRUNCHY is a mix used to make wheat bread with the increased nutritional value and attractive taste. The addition of the mix to the dough enriches the bread with essential nutrients like fibre, soy protein, non-starchy carbohydrates, polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, B, D and E. The mix contains flaxseed, wheat bran, soy products, sesame and sunflower seeds, as well as fennel, cumin and coriander. It is added in the amount of 15% to the total weight of flour, after soaking in warm water for 60 -90 minutes in 1:1 proportion. The rolls with FITNESS mix are especially recommended for physically active people who care about their appearance and well-being.

BROCADE mix is used as a decorative sprinkle for finishing fine baked goods and bread.

The main ingredient of the mix is corn grits, which gives the bread an attractive, tasty appearance. The mix includes also: flaxseed, sesame and sunflower seeds. “Brocade” looks perfect on both buns and bread.
