It is added in the amount of 15% to the total weight of flour, after soaking in warm water for 60 -90 minutes in 1:1 proportion. The rolls with FITNESS mix are especially recommended for physically active people who care about their appearance and well-being.
FUTBOL multigrain blend is designed to produce bread with a marking resembling a football (a free of charge marker is provided). It helps to obtain bread with a pleasant and specific taste, containing desirable components for the human body such as unsaturated fatty acids and non-starchy carbohydrates (pentosans and beta-glucans) that lower blood cholesterol levels. Prior to use, it should be poured in warm water for 60 – 90 minutes. The blend is added in the amount of 40% to the flour mass.
