Prior to use, it should be poured in warm water for 60 – 90 minutes. The blend is added in the amount of 40% to the flour mass.

The mixture is applied in the amount of 20% in relation to the total amount of flour. Before adding to the dough, the mixture should be poured in warm water at a ratio of 1:1 for 60-90 minutes.
