  • REGGE

    REGGE is a natural preparation used for darkening the crumb of bread made from wholemeal and white flour – especially with the addition of various seeds (e.g. sunflower or soy). The addition of the darkener makes it possible to enrich the taste and aroma of bread. Depending on the dosage of the preparation, the crumb colour can be obtained from light beige to dark brown. The use of the darkener is very easy –  just mix it with flour in a mixing bowl. Dosage in the amount of 0.5 -1.5% in relation to flour.

  • Mambo

    The “Mambo” darkener is a liquid extract of roasted barley malt with reduced viscosity, which facilitates its dosage and distribution in the dough mass. The effect of using “Mambo” darkener is a nice, brown crumb, better taste and aroma, higher volume, nice shiny crust, enhanced crumb texture and extended freshness. Dosage: 1- 4% in relation to flour (depending on the expected crumb colour).
