BIMIX is a concentrate intended for the production of sponge cakes using the one-phase method, i.e. without the need for separate aeration of the egg and sugar mass. Compared to the traditional method, this technology is very fast and reliable. The cake from the concentrate is very stable and can be prepared well in advance of baking.
