    THERMOSTABLE FILLINGS

      Ready-to-use fillings offer a wide selection of delicious flavours, such as vanilla, chocolate, advocaat and toffee. All fillings are resistant to baking and freezing. Heat treatment does not affect the volume and shape of the filling.

    1. PUDDING CREAM PREMIUM

      PUDDING CREAM PREMIUM concentrate is used to prepare a pleasant-tasting custard cream.  The premix has a stable, creamy consistency, smooth texture, natural colour and is suitable for baking.

    2. PUDDING CREAM EXTRA

      PUDDING CREAM EXTRA concentrate is used to easily prepare a cream with a smooth consistency and a delicate vanilla flavour, ideal for cold use and baking (resistant to high temperatures, can be frozen). Suitable for puff pastries, croissants, yeast cakes, etc.

    3. WHIPPED CREAM

      WHIPPED CREAM the concentrate allows you to quickly and easily prepare fluffy whipped cream. It remains stable for a long time. It has an excellent taste and consistency. It can be used to decorate all kinds of desserts. It goes well with fruit, chocolate and nuts, and is also a perfect addition to cakes, ice cream, jellies, waffles or pancakes. Whipping cream is also freeze-resistant.
