This concentrate is used for the direct production of ice cream mixes without the addition of eggs. The ice cream production technology involves mixing the concentrate with water in a 1:2,5 ratio and leaving the resulting mixture for 15 minutes to thicken. The ice cream mix prepared in this way is suitable for the production of soft serve ice cream from ice cream machine, which may or may not be pasteurised. The ice cream made from the concentrate has a wonderful, intense and natural flavour. “Soft Serve Ice Cream Premium” concentrate is available in the following flavours: vanilla & cream and chocolate.

    The concentrate is used to produce ice cream with a rich milky flavour that is full and creamy. The main ingredient of this ice cream is whole milk powder, which, thanks to a special drying process, does not give the ice cream the characteristic taste of processed milk. The mixes are available in three flavours: creamy, chocolate and strawberry. They are prepared in a 1:2 ratio with water.
