    FRUIT CAKE is a concentrate designed for the production of fruitcakes and other fatty-sponge cakes with the addition of nuts or fruits. The dough is produced using a single-phase method, without the need for separate aeration of fat and egg. Carefully selected ingredients of the concentrate allow for even distribution of nuts in the dough, and in fruit cakes they prevent the fruit from falling to the bottom. The stability of the dough after preparation makes it possible to prepare it well in advance of baking.

  • CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE

    CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE is a concentrate intended for a quick preparation of chocolate cake with a wonderful taste and aroma of chocolate, which can be used to bake various kinds of muffins and cakes, e.g. with fruits, nuts, etc.

      Thanks to properly selected ingredients and the use of emulsifying and aerating substances, the cake is produced by the so-called “all -in” one-phase method, with no need for intensive whipping.

      COCOA POUND CAKE is a concentrate intended for the production of cocoa pound cakes, muffins. The cake produced from the concentrate using the one-phase method is characterized by high stability and it can be prepared well in advance of baking. The finished products are characterized by a wonderful cocoa flavour.

    2. SPINACH CAKE

      SPINACH CAKE is an original premix intended for the production of high moisture sponge cake based on rye flour. The content of dried spinach allows you to get a subtle spinach taste and an interesting colour of ready-made pastries.

    3. GRANNY’S SPELT CAKE

      GRANNY’S SPELT CAKE is a concentrate intended for a quick production of sponge-fatty cakes containing 100% of spelt flour and apple fibre. The easy production method and carefully selected ingredients make it possible to obtain a very high quality of products. The recipe guarantees a finished product with a fluffy and moist crumb that maintains freshness for a long time. With a suitable recipe, the concentrate can also be used to make excellent crispy cookies.

    4. BANANA POUND CAKE

      BANANA POUND CAKE is a concentrate, which can be used to make cakes with fruit, bottoms for cakes and various types of cubes. The concentrate is very easy to use – you only need to mix it with oil, eggs and water, and then stir it with a flat mixer using a confectionery whisk. Baked goods are characterized by a fine texture, good slicing properties, long freshness and a delightful banana flavour.

    5. CHOCOLATE CAKE 18%

      CHOCOLATE CAKE 18% is a concentrate used for the production of cakes with a full chocolate flavour, intense dark colour, high moisture content and extended freshness. The concentrate is used for the production of dark cakes with a strong chocolate flavour and intensive aroma. The cake base is moist and fluffy at the same time. The mix contains 18% chocolate. The cake made on the basis of the concentrate can be combined with whipped cream or fruit. The preparation of the cake is very simple and quick – all the ingredients are mixed for about 3 minutes.

      BUTTER POUND CAKE is a concentrate used for a rapid production of fatty-sponge cake with an original butter aroma and flavour. These can be both pound cakes and cakes with cream, whipped cream or fruit. The cake is characterized by high crumb moisture, good slicing properties and prolonged freshness.

      ORANGE POUND CAKE is a concentrate intended for the rapid production of fatty sponge cakes. The easy method of preparation guarantees very good quality and even of baked goods.
